Development Manager Property Investment Company

Location: East London, United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000 £65,000 per annum
Visa Sponsorship: Available (5-Year Skilled Worker Sponsorship)

We are a growing and ambitious property investment and development company based in East London, seeking an experienced and highly motivated Development Manager to help drive our business to the next level.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying development opportunities, managing projects from acquisition through to completion, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess new property development and investment opportunities.
• Manage development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance.
• Conduct feasibility studies and financial appraisals.
• Support the company's growth strategy and expansion plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and local authorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property development, real estate, or a related sector.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results.
